Welcome to Achieve Family Therapy

We are a group practice, consisting of marriage and family therapists and mental health counselors that are highly trained and care deeply about our clients. It is our goal to help you feel seen and heard and for you to identify what it is you want to achieve and how to get there. We are located in Sandy, Utah, and serve people in Salt Lake County and the surrounding areas. As experienced therapists, we have worked with many clients and understand the intricacies of the various psychological issues that people face. We specialize in Couples Therapy and help many clients with betrayal trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. We also provide other experiential therapy options like Neurofeedback, play therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Our work revolves around connection and creating safety. Together we create goals that each individual, couple, or family work to achieve. Change takes courage, perseverance, and time. As we seek to help our clients resolve their emotional issues of the past and the present, they discover that the door opens to a brighter and more confident future.
