Achieve Family Therapy

This is a small private practice, consisting of a marriage and family therapist who is highly trained and cares deeply for her clients. It is my goal to help you feel seen and heard and for you to identify what it is you want to achieve and how to get there. The office is located in Sandy, Utah, and serves people in Salt Lake County and the surrounding areas. As an experienced therapist, I have worked with many clients and understand the intricacies of the various psychological issues that people face. I specialize in Couples Therapy and help many clients with betrayal trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I also provide other experiential therapy options like Neurofeedback, play therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
